Re-granulate and re-compounds

The re-compounds we produce at AURORA meet all the specifications for new goods and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) norms, including those governing emissions. This is ensured by continual access to raw materials through our certified suppliers, thorough inspection of all materials arriving, and our own in-house research and development laboratory with the most up-to-date technology for guaranteeing the high quality of our products. With the use of secondary raw material recycled by AURORA, we pass optimum sustainability onto our clients, as at least 2 kilogrammes of CO2 and 1.3 litres of crude oil per kilogramme of recycled material used are saved, compared to the manufacture of new goods. So our customers benefit – not only from competitive market prices but also from a green footprint that they themselves can promote.

Producing high-quality re-granulate and re-compounds as substitutes for new goods

AURORA specialises in manufacturing and distributing granulates, pellets and compounds for use in injection moulding. Our products can be applied in a host of industrial settings, and in particular the vehicle-manufacturing sector. We offer customer-oriented solutions tailored to their specific requirements, all in compliance with Tier 1 or OEM norms, and develop individual products in close consultation with our clients. The consistently high quality of AURORA’s products is based on the use of top-grade raw materials (polymers, additives, modifiers, etc.). We guarantee our customers reliable delivery schedules and short delivery turnaround times, as well a cost advantage compared to primary raw materials (generally used in the manufacture of new goods).
