Production

Our compounding facility – built in 2018 and covering an area of 5000 m2 – at our main site in Neuenstein contains five compounding machines with the most modern dosing systems and drying technology for the optimal use of high-grade raw materials. The modern extruder produces up to 1200 kilogrammes of re-compound per hour, which means that around 50 tonnes of our products are manufactured every day.
Innovative and high-quality products characterise us. That means we work with extremely efficient production facilities featuring state of the art monitoring software, at the same time bringing the innovative vision of the smart factory one step closer.
With the very latest in exhaust air systems, cooling units with built-in heat recovery systems, monitoring systems tailored to each individual machine and a green energy consumption share of 40%, we’re tirelessly following our sustainability strategy.
